Invitation letter from ISBUT 2019
Dear respected scholars,
The 2nd International Symposium on Biomass Utilization Technologies (ISBUT 2019) will be hosted by Key Laboratory of Biomass Chemical Engineering (Zhejiang University), Ministry of Education of China on November 22-24, 2019 at Hangzhou, China. Biomass utiliztion has attracted an explosion of interests for the sustainable production of chemicals and fuels. ISBUT 2019 will highlight the recent progresses in sustainable production of biomass based chemicals, fuels and materials. This symposium is aimed at providing an excellent platform for related researchers and engineers all over the world to present novel ideas and innovative studies, and discuss opportunities for industrial applications of biomass.

International Symposium on Biomass Utilization Technologies is a series conference on biomass utilization. The 1st International Symposium on Biomass Utilization Technologies (ISBUT 2017) was successfully hosted by Key Laboratory of Biomass Chemical Engineering (Zhejiang University) and International Bioprocessing Association An international forum on industrial bioprocessing (IFIBiop) on November 17-19, 2017 at Hangzhou, China. More than 260 researchers from 12 countries participated in ISBUT 2017, and more than 100 oral and 60 poster reports were presented, and a part of high quality studies were published in the Special Issue of Bioresource Technology. ISBUT 2019 will continually provide an excellent platform for the researches in biomass utilization field.
